Lied Recital Exploring the 2nd Viennese School, baryton Halvor Festervoll Melien and pianist Thormod Rønning Kvam will be performing a wide selection of songs by Richard Stöhr, Anton Webern, Johannes Brahms and both Alma and Gustav Mahler in this recital. With introductions by Harald Herresthal, the concert will shed new light on an exciting repertoire that is seldom performed.
